Daniel Lolljee

I began my journey in social care at just seventeen years old, stepping into a world that would shape not only my career but my values, my purpose, and the way I see people. Working within local authority services, I supported older adults, individuals with physical disabilities, adults with learning disabilities, and people with mental health support needs. These early years grounded me in what truly matters: dignity, compassion, and the belief that every person deserves to be seen and supported as an individual.

For a decade, I worked on the frontline as a support worker. Those years were transformative. I witnessed the impact that genuine human connection can have, and I learned that small acts of care often create the biggest change. But I also saw the gaps—places where systems overshadowed people, where processes diluted individuality, and where support workers weren’t always empowered to deliver the personalised care they wanted to give.

That realisation sparked something in me. I knew I wanted to influence change from within. I moved into management with a clear purpose: to champion a culture where person‑centred care wasn’t just a phrase, but a lived reality. Over the years, I led a wide range of services—live‑in care, step‑down services, complex and challenging environments, supported living, and residential homes. Each role deepened my understanding of what high‑quality care looks like and strengthened my commitment to ethical, values‑driven leadership.

Create Support Ltd was born from that commitment.

As the Founder, I wanted to build an organisation that reflects everything I believe social care should be: compassionate, empowering, and genuinely tailored to the individual. Create Support Ltd is the culmination of years of experience, learning, and a relentless drive to do better for vulnerable adults. It is a service shaped by real stories, real people, and real passion.

My mission is simple—to create a service where people feel safe, valued, and supported to live the life they choose. And to build a team who share that vision, who feel empowered, and who understand the profound impact they have on the lives of others.

This is more than a company. It is the continuation of a journey I started at seventeen—a journey rooted in purpose, shaped by experience, and driven by the belief that meaningful care can change lives.
