The Create Support Regulated Model is a fully managed Live-in Care service for you or your loved ones. This enables you to focus on different areas during this potentially stressful time.

The Create Support fully managed package provides you with direct contact with our experienced social care practitioners who are at hand to deal with any urgent concerns. Create Support regulated packages are regulated by Care Quality Commission and we are legally bound to work within the fundamental standards developed by the Care Quality Commission.

 

What you should expected from a regulated package: 

  • Face to face / home visit / video calling initial assessment 

  • Outcome based care plan developed with you

  • Care plan review every month for the initial first 3 months  

  • Care plan review every 3 months or sooner if a need of care changes

  • Robust and clear risk assessment covering all aspects of care 

  • Falls assessment 

  • Behaviour management plan

  • Medication competency assessment for staff 

  • Moving and handling competency (if required)  

  • Long or short term placement 

  • Regular management compliance visits with your agreement 

  • Staff supervisions and observations

  • Carer safer recruitment process completed 

  • Experienced and trained staff in line with the statutory requirements  

  • Staff training reflected in the need of the care recipient 

  • Advice around change in needs 

  • Joint working with Community Health professionals 

  • Guaranteed carer cover 

  • Direct lead on any concerns or complaint 

  • Direct reporting to local authorities and CQC 

  • Regulated by CQC 

  • Regular agreed contact with the package holder
